The MLKCommUNITY of Greater Kennett Area's Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. "Be A King" Volunteer Fair is part of our annual MLK Day Celebration in Kennett Square.. Volunteerism is at the heart of Dr. King's philosophy as he once said, "everybody can be great, because everybody can serve."

The purpose of the Volunteer Fair is to introduce people to opportunities for active involvement in civic and community programs. The gr
eatest tribute we can bestow upon the memory of the beloved Dr. King is to invite people of all backgrounds to celebrate this memorable holiday held in his honor by performing individual acts of kindness through service to others.
