The MLKCommUNITY of Greater Kennett Area's Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. "Be A King" Volunteer Fair is part of our annual MLK Day Celebration at Lincoln University. Volunteerism is at the heart of Dr. King's philosophy as he once said, "everybody can be great, because everybody can serve."

The purpose of the Volunteer Fair is to introduce people to ways they can become actively involved in civic and community programs. The gr
eatest tribute we can bestow upon the memory of the beloved Dr. King is to invite people of all backgrounds to celebrate this special holiday held in his honor by performing individual acts of kindness through service to others.

                                                                  question is: What
                                                                  are you doing for
others?" - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
